Classes built to take you to the next level in understanding your practice.
This is a space for you to ask questions, to take time to understand the foundations of movement, breath and meditation techniques and begin to work towards stepping up your practice.
This is a space to see progression.
Each block of 4 weeks will hold a different focus and at the end of the 4 weeks you'll have learnt a number of skills and techniques to help you feel more confident in taking ownership of your practice.
Drawing on my knowledge of the Ashtanga, Rocket, Power & Vinyasa styles of Yoga, these classes are built differently to help you find lightness, play and community.

EDINBURGH PARK YOGA
Energising Yoga Flow at Edinburgh Park.
Join Dee for 60 minutes of an energising yoga practice. We will start slow and build the momentum to help you begin your day feeling refreshed and restored. With a strong emphasis on breath and movement connection you will leave these classes feeling better in your body and your mind.
Dee's classes are suitable for anyone who has an open mind and a body that wants to move!
Yoga is a theraputic practice that is great for unwinding a busy and stressed out mind. It is a proventative practice keeping your body safe from injury and helping you gain strength, flexibility and mobility.
Please bring your own mat & I recommend Yoga blocks too.
