I'm here to take you on your movement and mindfulness adventure. I teach Public and Private Yoga Classes which cater to every body and everybody.  My focus is on the power of creating a moving meditation. Let me guide you into a space where you can connect to your body, your breath and your mind.

I am currently teaching online and in studio in Edinburgh.

Online & In Person classes where you can move and breath with others. Feel a sense of community within your yoga practice. A regular time in the week for you to create some space for y.o.u.

How Yoga should be taught. Acknowledging that every body is different and this allows you to create a practice that is unique to you and what you are looking for. Ask all the questions you have and practice your own way.

CORPORATE CLASSES

Help your team take some necessary time and space to get out of their heads and into their bodies. A much needed relief if you are desk bound or have high levels of screen time in your working day.

INTRODUCTION TO VINYASA

Are you new to Yoga or trying to find your feet? Or perhaps you're just coming back to your practice after lockdown and have picked up some bad habits? Maybe you've only been practicing online and feeling nervous about coming into the studio?

- If any of this resonates then this is the course for you!

Over the course of 4 weeks we will build your confidence in the Vinyasa style of Yoga. So whether you are a complete beginner or need to fine tune your practice there will be something for you in this 4 week container.
